At Woolly Made, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our leather goods and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original, unused condition. We want to ensure your handcrafted piece is exactly what you expected for your daily carry.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
